This is the web resource on cancer prevention for oncology investigators, practitioners and health care providers working to control cancer. The ISPO is the forum of an international membership committed to the study of interacting etiologic factors in cancer development and their impact on prevention, detection, and management of neoplastic diseases including advances in genetics, molecular medicine and biotechnologies that have an impact on clinical oncology modalities.

The abstracts that appear in at the website represent papers previously published in the journal, Cancer Detection and Prevention, work that may have been presented originally at meetings sponsored by the International Society for Preventive Oncology.
